Private Sessions begin with a full body analysis and holistic movement assessment, to identify any potential restrictions. This allows me to create a bespoke training program designed to fit your specific physical strengths and capabilities whilst achieving your lifestyle and fitness goals. Private sessions are available at Kings Fitness & Leisure, Target Fitness Gym or location of choice (subject to a fee). Train with a friend for just £10 extra per session!
